Implementation Model
Software implementation requires detailed planning, adequate resources, clear processes, and good project management, just as your housing developments do.
The Implementation Process Model is an interactive software tool that will guide you through the planning and implementation of SiteStream. It contains checklists, helpful suggestions, template documentation, and other project information that can be tailored to your specific needs. Your dedicated implementation model can then be made available on line via the Internet, or an intranet, for ease of internal communication. Each model is held in a secure database with password-controlled access.
We encourage every customer to use this model, as it has been developed using our many years experience of assisting software implementations. While on its own it is no guarantee of success, it will greatly enhance your probability of achieving efficient and productive operation of SiteStream.
