Training

The ability for users to be able to familiarise themselves quickly with a new software system is paramount to a smooth and efficient implementation. SiteStream trainers have specialist knowledge of the relevant operational areas within housebuilding and are experienced in conveying the details of operation of the software to users with varying levels of IT experience.

Training services cover the following areas:

New and existing user training
In-house or on-site training courses
Clear and concise training agendas
Standard or tailored training courses
Training tutorials provided after each training session
Guidance notes provided during training
Assessment of user performance and understanding

The Training Environment

Where users are trained can be as important as how they are trained. A dedicated facility is available in our office that allows users to be trained in an environment free from distraction and interruption.

These facilities are made available for either standard published training courses open to all or for single company bookings.

Users can attend published training sessions where a number of different companies attend a standard training course. These courses are generally designed for existing customers who only require one or two users to be trained and require a cost effective solution.
Where new companies are implementing SiteStream we can dedicate the training facilities for project meetings and training courses and seminars.
