Harron Continue their Upward Track with SiteStream - October 2005

SiteStream are extremely pleased to welcome Harron Homes to the growing set of SiteStream users. Harron Homes build around 350
houses each year in the Midlands, Yorkshire and northwest England. Their new homes range from two to five bedroom properties
as well as apartments and social housing. A stunning performance of 109% average profit growth each year from 2001 to 2004
helped Harron Homes reach eighth place in The Sunday Times Profit Track 100 last year.
Even with their success to date Harron are seeking ever more efficient systems; SiteStream will provide the company with the
detailed tracking of each development and the forward visibility needed to control further growth in the business.

Show and Seminar Success for SiteStream - January 2005

The busy booth offered homebuilders just what they were looking for.
The SiteStream booth at the recent 2005 International Builders' Show in Orlando Florida was buzzing
with interest from homebuilders from all corners of the US. As well as showing the latest suite of
integrated solutions for managing homebuilding operations SiteStream were also launching SiteStream
Scheduler powered by Asta Powerproject, a project management & scheduling system which is brand new
to the American market.
Alongside the show SiteStream ran a series of seminars on SiteStream Scheduler and the SiteStream Land
module which were extremely well received.

Doug Openshaw, US Director of Implementation, commented "We were delighted with
the level of interest in our systems and in particular with attendance at the seminars which
attracted senior executives from some of the very biggest builders". "We had over 100 people engaged
in hands-on sessions which is a testament to the ease of use of our software." Doug was also very
pleased with the number of builders who said they were intending to buy SiteStream and remarked "As
a result of this show we expect to be able to conclude a significant amount of business including
some high profile homebuilders."

SiteStream Software Wins Prestigious Award - January 2005

SiteStream were the winners of the "Best Integrated IT Solution" at tecHOMExpo at the 2005
International Builders' Show in Orlando, Florida. The Innovative Housing Technology Awards (IHTA)
are intended to stimulate the development of innovative new products, materials and systems for
residential construction. They are presented to companies who improve the liveability of our
homes and make the process of building and improving homes more efficient and cost effective. The
Awards scheme is a joint program between the National Association of Home Builders Research
Center (NAHBRC) and EH Publishing, the publisher of TecHomeBuilder, CE Pro and Electronic House
magazines.
The awards specifically recognise significant advances in the development of technology for the
housing industry, and are amongst the most prestigious awards for builders and technology providers.
The judging panel for this year's awards included industry editors, analysts, builders and academics
and the presentations were at a ceremony in the Rosen Plaza Hotel on January 14th during the
International Builders' Show.
